The Story of the Stork and the Crab

The tale I Kedis Cangak, or in Indonesian The Story of the Stork, is a Balinese folktale written by Nyoman Pidadha and Ketut Pidadha. In Bali, this story is better known as Pedanda Baka, which means "the hypocritical sage." The Pedanda Baka tale conveys a moral and ethical lesson, expressed through literature, performing arts, and visual arts.
