The story of Vishwakarma, the divine creator and architect, builder of the heavenly palace Indraloka. He descended to Earth to spread knowledge, even when he was once forced to build the golden city of Lenka. He is still honored and revered as a role model who is sincere and wise.

Vishwakarma is the divine architect and creator god who built palaces for the gods and taught architecture to mankind. He is revered for bringing beauty to the world and maintaining the balance between good and evil. Long ago, when the universe was newly formed, the gods were still busy establishing rules for the world. They needed a divine architect to build sacred places, magical weapons, and grand palaces for the gods.
The god chosen for this task was Vishwakarma, the divine designer and creator, whose abilities were unmatched throughout the cosmos. Vishwakarma is known as the creator of all things, from beautiful cities to the most lethal weapons ever made.

Vishwakarma is a wise and highly skilled god. He can create with unmatched perfection. His hands are an unrelenting gift, always producing great works for the world and the gods. He was trusted to build the palace of Heaven, Indraloka, which became the abode of Indra, the king of the gods, as well as the golden city of Lanka for the demon king, Ravana.
One day, Lord Brahma, the creator of the universe, came to Vishwakarma with a special request. "Vishwakarma, I want you to create a palace that is beautiful and perfect for the gods," said Brahma. "It must be the grandest structure ever made, symbolizing the glory of Heaven." Without hesitation, Vishwakarma accepted the task. He knew that only his skills could fulfill Brahma’s request.

Soon after receiving the task, Vishwakarma began working diligently. He designed a magnificent palace with towering golden pillars, roofs of shimmering silver under the sunlight, and floors made of rare gems that emitted light from every corner. Every detail was carefully thought out, from the heavenly gardens filled with eternal flowers to the ponds inhabited by mystical creatures. For months, Vishwakarma worked tirelessly, and finally, the celestial palace stood in all its glory.
When the gods gathered to see his creation, they were awestruck. The palace was more beautiful than they could have imagined. Indra, the king of the gods, was highly pleased with the result and held a grand feast to celebrate it. However, behind all the praise and joy, Vishwakarma felt that something was missing.

That night, Vishwakarma sat alone in a corner of the palace, deep in thought. Although the palace he created had amazed the gods, he felt that his work was incomplete. "What is the meaning of all this grandeur if it is only enjoyed by the gods? Shouldn’t the world receive the same beauty?" he thought. With that in mind, Vishwakarma decided to descend to Earth. He began a journey across various parts of the world, bringing his knowledge to humanity. He taught the arts of building, architecture, and craftsmanship to mankind. Under his guidance, humans learned to build beautiful temples, grand homes, and advanced tools. Vishwakarma’s works began to spread throughout the world.

However, Vishwakarma’s teachings also attracted the attention of the asuras, the ambitious demon race. They came pleading with Vishwakarma to create weapons that would help them defeat the gods. Vishwakarma, who understood the balance of the universe, refused their request. But Ravana, the king of Lanka, a cunning and powerful asura, managed to force Vishwakarma to create the golden city of Lanka, which eventually became the center of his power. Though compelled to create the city for Ravana, Vishwakarma carefully maintained balance. He knew that great power in the wrong hands could destroy everything. However, Vishwakarma always believed that goodness would ultimately prevail, even when faced with dark forces.
