1. Turmeric

Process of Making Boreh
The preparation of Boreh is traditionally done by hand through the following steps:
1. Prepare the tools and ingredients
2. Wash the rice thoroughly until clean
3. Pound or grind all the ingredients until smooth
4. Add warm water or coconut oil as needed until the mixture forms a paste

Once the Boreh mixture has formed into a paste, it is ready to be used. The steps for using Boreh are as follows:
1. Apply the Boreh paste to the areas of the body that feel sore or cold.
2. Leave it on for 10–15 minutes until the paste dries.
3. Rinse off the Boreh with clean water once it has dried.
