Taman Sari Waterfall is managed directly by the local community, specifically the Ngenjung Sari customary village. The waterfall is open every day, from Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM, and on weekends or Sundays, it opens from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Domestic tourists are charged IDR 15,000 per adult and IDR 10,000 per child, while foreign tourists are charged IDR 20,000 per person for admission.

The enchanting features of Taman Sari Waterfall attract a large number of visitors. Among its attractions are two natural pools with different depths. The upper natural pool has a depth of approximately 130cm, while the lower one has a depth of 150cm. The height difference between the two pools is about 1-1.5 meters. The flowing water comes from the irrigation dam in Gianyar Regency and natural springs that lead to the water pools, providing cool temperatures. To reach the upper pool, visitors must climb stone stairs beside the waterfall, being cautious due to the slippery and moss-covered steps caused by the waterfall's splashes.

Additionally, Taman Sari Waterfall features a sacred water fountain, serving as a place for local residents to perform the Melukat ritual, a spiritual cleansing ritual. The last attraction is the breathtaking natural beauty of Taman Sari Waterfall, where visitors are treated to a view of the lush green forest. The waterfall is surrounded by dense trees, creating a cool and refreshing atmosphere. Coupled with exotic rocks, the environment provides a profound natural experience. There are also photo spots that directly face the waterfall, adding to the allure of this tourist spot. Two designated photo spots offer beautiful views directly facing the cascading water of Taman Sari Waterfall.

The facilities provided by the management of Taman Sari Waterfall are quite comprehensive, including public bathing areas equipped with toilets and showers. Locker rentals for storing belongings are available for IDR 10,000.
