Taman Dedari Ubud: History & Beauty of a Tourist Park with the Majesty of Dedari Statues
Taman Dedari is a newly established tourist attraction that opened in early 2021, located on Jalan Raya Kedewatan, Kedewatan Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency, Bali.
The word "dedari" itself means angel. The name was inspired by the legend of Rsi Markandeya, who witnessed the descent of celestial angels at the Ayung River, not far from Taman Dedari.
Taman Dedari is a restaurant situated in the Ubud area. It is part of The Royal Pita Maha, a business owned by the Puri Ubud royal family. The concept of Taman Dedari was initiated by Ida Tjokorda Gede Raka Sukawati & Cok Ace (who is currently the Deputy Governor of Bali).
Covering an area of 1.5 hectares, this restaurant is located on the banks of the Ayung River, offering a lush and breathtaking natural landscape.
