Feeling the Elegance of Dalem Guha Watu Pageh Temple Through the Digital Window
Pura Dalem Guha Watu Pageh, as one of the ancient temples in Bali, has high spiritual and historical values. However, challenges in the development and preservation of the temple as a cultural heritage arise due to the incompatibility with the Tri Hita Karana concept believed by the Balinese people. In addition, the impact of modernization and globalization shows the importance of empirical and normative history education to understand and preserve the cultural values contained in the temple. Pura Dalem Guha Watu Pageh itself is an interesting cultural heritage with a unique location inside a cliff and stunning views of Green Bowl beach. Pura Dalem Guha Watu Pageh consists of 3 temples, namely Pura Taman Sari, Pura Kepandean, and Pura Dalem Watu Pageh. Although there is development, it needs to be noted that the existence of the temple must be maintained by paying attention to the cultural and spiritual values believed by the local community. Awareness of sustainability and harmony between traditional values and modern developments is key to preserving the temple as an important part of Balinese cultural heritage.
